I called Reed and Son based on a recommendation and they came out within the hour. The service we received from John and Chad was beyond exceptional. Not only did they fix our water pressure and water heater issues but they also showed us how we could fix the issue ourselves in the future. Honestly this was one of the best experiences I have had with any company ever and it may sound cliche but if I could I would give them ten stars. Exceptional is the only weird!

Alex and Matt were great. Explained everything and gave great insight. Prices are reasonable. Fixed a leak and found issues with our tank and filter and fixed it all on the spot. Gave great estimated on future projects. We will have them back in a few weeks to execute another project. FYI also replaced a hose spicket for less than half price of another quote I got from my former plumber!

Vince and Matt were on time, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They cleaned up after themselves throughout their work in the house. We’ve had moderate plumbing issues in our home for many years until a couple of weeks ago when our washer overflowed into our bathtub. Reed and Sons has free estimates and arrived promptly at our home. They quickly found a block in our main sewer line. They were professional and efficient in removing the blockage and were able to go through a toilet drain to clear the pipe rather than cutting our drywall. To top it off they also were cautious about our health wearing masks when we were masked and asking before removing their masks to work. We’re pleased with the work they did and will be back next time we need their services!

Alex, Dallas, and Matt were all great! We had water pressure issues and they got out to our house at our soonest convenience. They also arranged a time to fix further issues that were found as soon as possible for us so we had running water. We’ve worked with this company before and we highly recommend them!

I was doing a DIY bathroom remodel. I got in over my head with the plumbing. Called in the pros. Great customer service. They called and asked if they could come earlier - yes :). They explained the repair clearly. They were quick, did a couple of minor extras and I was happy with the price. You can’t get better than that. I highly recommend Reed & Sons.

Noritz Tankless water heater leaked. The owner came out and diagnosed the issue. Luckily the parts were under warranty. Parts came in a day early and Reed and Son came out within an hour to install them. Thank you !

Old water heater failed on me. Called Reed and Son and they had someone out to replace it within a couple of hours. Provided me with two options to choose from for the new water heater and had it installed in little time. Highly recommend Reed and Son for all plumbing needs!

I called about getting an estimate to install a utility sink and they were able to send someone out the same day. Shad and Dallas did a thorough review of options (drain line wasn’t going to be easy) and explained pros and cons of each to us. We thought about it overnight and got the work scheduled within a week, around a holiday. They showed up on time, asked questions to make sure I got the installation I wanted, and walked me through things to watch out for before they left. Very happy with my new plumbers!
