I can not say enough about Vince and Nicholas! They are great, very professional, clean up after themshelves, explain everything they are doing or done. They fixed an issue at the house I was moving from in two days and have been to where I moved 2 times. Yesterday they replaced the sink, faucets, and everything under the sink as well. Great job! I don't have anything else now but will have them again when I need something! Great guys!!

Yesterday I called Reed and Son Plumbing for an estimate to install 3 toilets in my home. They came to my home and gave us estimates on purchasing 3 toilets and installing upon our approval. After our ok within the hour Nick returned with the toilets and started the install. Nick was joined with John and they installed the toilets. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and both Nick and John were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what they had done. They both have great customer service and we will not hesitate to to call Reed and Son Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service from Shad & Dallas this morning replacing my kitchen faucet.

We had a leak from our main water pipes which required cutting into our walls and fixing a pretty good length of pipe. Shad and Dallas explained everything to us before working and kept everything as conservative and clean as possible. We were VERY pleased as always with the work. It's much appreciated when most situations that require a pro can be pretty extensive. I will never use another plumbing service!

Chad and Mike came out when our washing machine suddenly started shooting water everywhere. They arrived promptly and quickly told us what the problem was and how to fix it (the problem was actually electrical and so outside their scope). They were friendly and effective. A++!

Reed and Son Services LLC is by far the best experience we have had with a plumbing service since moving to our home. R&S came quickly, identified our issue, and gave us three options with estimates to choose from. This is the fourth time we have used Reed & Son and recommend them highly.

Came to diagnose our Hot Water Heater leak the same day I called, identified it was still under a manufacture’s warranty and provided an estimate to replace it. Explained details to my wife and we accepted the estimate - they are ordering a new Hot Water Heater for us and we look forward to reporting back on how the install went. So far great customer service!

At this point, Reed and Sons is on retainer the amount of times I have needed them to come out to repair some plumbing issue in my house. They are always fast and efficient. Came a day early

Reed and Son Services LLC provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. They were professional and on time. I would recommend them to everyone.

Reed & Sons were quick to come check my basement because I had a leak and thought I needed a sump pump. They found a crack in my foundation and recommended a foundation company. They could have sold me a pump but happy that they were honest about their assessment.

Update 8/20/24New heat pump hot water heater! Complex install but great job as usual! If you want to know why we switched to Reed and sons just ask any of Patrick Reeds technicians…wow they love him as a person and the owner. Very impressed with the many jobs they have now done for us!Joe was great, diagnosed a toilet leak, which turned out to be more complex than I knew. He did a great job repairing the toilet and everything works great! We really like the speed of scheduling and the great work done for us!

Vince did a fantastic job for us. First he spent a significant amount of time on the phone with the representative from Delta convincing them that a leak in our bathroom facet was not from a part but a manufacturing flaw in the unit. Based on his explanation they sent a total faucet replacement free of charge and Vince returned a few day later to install it. Quick and clean he did the job with his assistant Nick and leak is gone! Highly recommend Reed and Son and Vince.

I called Reeds and within in an hour they came out and fixed the leak we were having. This was the best company I’ve talked to and worked with from start to finish. I will for sure be using them again in the future!

The Reed plumber came to assess my sump pump needs, discussing many options and pricing two. Now I have to decide who to select for my job.
